Art theft and all such related catastrophic insurance claims are serious legal business, and before moving forward on your behalf we have to address pertinent legal issues that will likely come into play during any recovery attempt. By signing below you accept that Alexander Boyle & Associates provides an unusual service towards recovering a lost or stolen work, should Alexander Boyle & Associates find the missing work a minimum compensation of 25% of current auction value of the painting will be tendered, this can be rendered in one of two ways the first is to put the work up for sale and the other is to have a selected auctioneer of reputation put an estimate on the work. The latter is an option for non profits. In all other cases the former route of putting the object up for sale is the only way to guarantee fair payment for miraculous services rendered. Your signature also designate Alexander Boyle & Associates as your final (and sole) representative on your behalf with law enforcement and insurance companies regarding this loss for a period of not less than two years from date of acknowledgement by Alexander Boyle & Associates. By doing so you (the signer below) designate Alexander Boyle & Associates as beyond reproach, free and clear, as well as lawfully immune from any and all legal claims regarding the circumstances of the initial disappearance of the work in question.
